Competências do gerente de projetos: um estudo bibliométrico

Este artigo teve como objetivo identificar a base intelectual sobre competências dos gestores de projetos a partir de referências das publicações neste tema. Como método, foi usada uma pesquisa bibliométrica de citação e cocitação, além de análise fatorial e de rede. Foi possível identificar dois campos de estudos: (1) competências e (2) desempenho dos gerentes de projetos, sendo que o campo (1) competências é o predominante com 41 documentos dos 45 selecionados entre livros e artigos relacionados ao tema. As principais contribuições deste estudo são a (a) identificação das principais competências do gestor de projetos e a (b) constatação da relevância de grupos de competências, tais como as comportamentais ou de características do gestor de projetos. Desta maneira, associa-se ao sucesso do projeto a atuação do GP considerando suas competências unitárias e grupos de competências.
