Seleção de genótipos de cafeeiro conilon para sistemas agroflorestais ou consorciados

Objetivou-se neste trabalho selecionar genótipos de Coffea canephora para composição de uma variedade clonal para sistemas agroflorestais (SAF’s). O experimento foi conduzido na unidade de pesquisa em SAF´s e cultivo orgânico de C. canephora com a variedade ‘EMCAPER 8151’. Avaliou-se os cafeeiros consorciados com Pupunheira, Gliricídia, Bananeira e Ingá, mensurando a produção de frutos de café em Kg.planta-1 nos anos de 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 e 2021. Os dados foram analisados pelo método de máxima verossimilhança restrita e melhor predição linear não viesada, para estimação dos componentes da variância, estimação dos parâmetros genéticos e ordenamento dos genótipos. Além disso, foi estimada a distância de Mahalanobis seguida do agrupamento de Tocher. A repetibilidade média entre as colheitas variou de 0.0353 (consórcio com Bananeira) a 0.1313 (SAF com Gliricídia) e a maior acurácia com as cinco colheitas foi 39% (SAF com Ingá). Existe variabilidade genética entre os genótipos possibilitando a seleção dos 40 mais promissores para composição de uma variedade clonal para plantios agroflorestais.
