O trabalho na economia de plataforma: oportunidade ou problema?

Resumo

Este estudo apresenta uma revisão sistemática sobre o trabalho na economia de plataforma. O método revela o contexto em que a economia de plataforma se desenvolve, cria oportunidades, atrai participantes, cresce e se consolida. Este novo ambiente de negócios que exibe capacidade de permitir a inclusão de grande número de trabalhadores no mercado; revela-se incapaz de garantir direitos e prerrogativas mínimas típicas dos empregos tradicionais. A economia compartilhada e sua realidade se revela uma opção que rompe modelos e cria oportunidades. Nossos achados revelam que é necessário regular a relação de trabalho na economia de plataforma, além de buscar obter um novo contrato social mais amplo
