Análise da sustentabilidade, custo efetivo e resiliência das construções em madeira laminada colada e madeira laminada cruzada

A madeira é um dos materiais mais antigos utilizados nas construções. Recentemente encontramos no mercado soluções de madeiras para uso estrutural compropriedades especificamente desenvolvidas para combater as limitações da madeira em seu estado natural, como a madeira laminada colada (MLC) e madeira laminada cruzada (CLT). Este trabalho busca fazer apresentação com informações sobre a sustentabilidade, custo efetivo e resiliência das construções em MLC e CLT. No quesito de sustentabilidade e resiliência, os resultados apontam que a madeira é uma opção mais que outros materiais convencionais; enquanto em relação aos custos são encontrados resultados equivalentes entre madeira e concreto. O principal desafio encontrado para crescimento e implementação desses materiais é o pouco tempo de desenvolvimento e necessidade de maior divulgação de pesquisas e resultados práticos na área.
