Relação entre estudos acadêmicos e experiência prática no contexto do modelo alemão de estudo dual

Resumo

O presente estudo objetiva identificar como se dá a cooperação entre estudos acadêmicos e experiência prática no contexto do modelo alemão de estudo dual, com foco na educação superior. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão de escopo baseada em um estudo prévio desenvolvido por uma comunidade de prática que apontou os constructos principais, consultados na base de dados Scopus. Foram incluídos estudos que apresentavam o contexto da educação superior no título, posteriormente no resumo e no método, sendo excluídos os que tratavam de dual em contextos distintos do educacional, que estavam indisponíveis em texto completo, ou em idiomas que não o inglês, alemão, espanhol ou português. A revisão completa contou com 39 estudos, mas 24 (54%) foram incluídos, pois trataram especificamente da educação superior. Observou-se que o modelo alemão de estudo dual incorpora o ensino teórico na universidade e o prático na empresa com o objetivo de capacitar profissionais de alto nível, aderentes e preparados para os desafios do mercado de trabalho. É um modelo cooperativo que aprimora a integração universidade-empresa e que engloba os interesses da sociedade, da economia e do indivíduo.
