Desafios para o ODS 16: uma perspectiva sobre violência e homofobia em relação à Justiça

Os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) têm ocupado crescente espaço em discussões acadêmicas, tendo em vista a proximidade da Agenda 2030 e os desafios ainda enfrentados para avançar em direitos e melhorar a qualidade de vida da população mundial. Em especial, um assunto que merece atenção é o tema justiça no que se refere à violência, expressada na homofobia, e que é diariamente vivenciada pelo público LGBTQIA+ em contexto global, e em especial no Brasil. Neste pensamento emergiu o problema de pesquisa: quais são os tipos de violência que acometem a população LGBTQIA+ e as perspectivas de avanço do ODS 16? A partir dessa problemática, este estudo realizou revisão sistemática de literatura empregando o Methodi Ordinatio, analisando um recorte de artigos publicados entre 2020 e 2021, em português e em inglês, a partir das palavras-chave homofobia e violence, com descritores SGD 16 e justice, com o objetivo de entender os principais tipos de violência sofridos. Após análises e classificações, foram selecionados 30 artigos para aprofundamento. Para melhor compreensão dos resultados, os artigos foram classificados em tipos de violência que abordam: auto violência, preconceito e discriminação, violência física, violência psicológica, violência sexual, violência simbólica e relação justiça e crimes de ódio. Sobre o ODS 16, as investigações apontam a necessidade de enfrentamento de desafios. De tal forma, constata-se que existem pesquisas em diversos países na interseccionalidade entre minorias sexuais e gênero com a violência, mostrando a necessidade de se investir em políticas públicas sociais que possam auxiliar na redução do preconceito e promover avanços relativos ao ODS 16, que transcorre sobre paz, justiça e instituições eficazes.
